Early Pregnancy Signs and Symptoms Forum

My wife's body temperature has been really hot lately and also she's been nauseous lately... She's also been eating a lot lately too but in small amounts. Its been 3 weeks since her last period... Also I was wondering what is the first sign of pregancy... Well second b/c the first is a missed period. Please help thank you
