Not only is it not healthy, but i'm sorry to tell you, you're not losing fat, you're losing water weight, then muscle mass. Losing your muscle mass means less calories are being burned which means as soon as you eat something, anything, your body will break it down very, very slowly. Which ultimately will make you gain weight if you ever want to eat normally again.
I lost weight skipping meals. I know that is not healthy, and I don't do it anymore, and I don't push it onto people, but if you're going to do something drastic, atleast eat something, and make sure your calories count. (ex: if you're going to eat 200 calories, eat something nutrient dense like nuts, or enriched oatmeal or cereal, instead of a candy bar or chips.)
