Okay so when I masturbate I squeeze the head while ejaculating. I hold it because it feels good and is a great way to keep clean-up easy. Could this cause some damage to the prostate? I have noticed lately that minutes after urinating I leak a little. I started doing this when I was 16, I am now 25.

Re:
Well I hold back the cum by applying pressure to the penis while in climax. I wondered if this could cause damage to the prostate? I don't know how to make this any more clear (not to sound derogatory I really don't know how to explain it better).

Prostate
Hiya!

I doubt it would cause damage to your prostate however, I wouldn't want to be your penis! I can't imagine it would do it much good. Do you hold just below your glands?

Glands Vs Head
Yeah the 'glands' of yer penis is the 'head'. I would think that it certinly wouldn't be helpful to the health of yer sexual organs. I don't think it would hurt yer prostate but, again, I wouldn't want to be yer dick.

Uh-uh...Don't do that. It's like holding your nose when you sneeze. Your body is doing everything it can to release the built-up fluid, and not allowing it an exit can cause a backup. Just let 'er rip.

My partner.. Who is sitting next to me says that yup, he also hold the end shut to keep clean up easy..

Best speak to your doctor about the leaking, you may just not be shaking it enough times and thats whats left in your waterpipes. Failing that.. Pus a small amount of tissue under your foreskin and then tuck him away.. No mess then!

Fyi
This technique is called the "squeeze technique" and is used by those who experience premature ejaculation. Though i,ve never read where someone had to do it more than a few weeks to learn the control. So, I don't know what long term effects could be but I doubt you could do any harm in doing it. I'm sure it wouldn't harm the prostate, it's pretty far back the line and as long as something is moving through it, it wouldn't be subseptable to infection like it is in those who practice self-forced non-ejaculation. (those who purposely don't ejaculate for months on end even though they want to- it's a b/d s/m thing).

Urinal Duct
When you don't let the sperm come out of your penis, it gets forced back up into your urinal tract, into your bladder. This stretches out the valve that keeps the urine inside your bladder.
Doing this all the time, creates scare tissue inside the valve, resulting in an ineffective seal for keeping the urine inside.
