let me start off by describing myself. Well, I want to gain like 10 -20 pound, currently 140 and 6 feet tall.
- chinese
- have fast metabolism
- been a vegetarian for 4 years (fish is meat) can eat egg and drink milk
- work out 2-3 time a week
- been eating weight gain product (mammoth 2500) for like 1 year but only eat it once or twice a week
i dont know if because I am chinese (chinese have a small body mass than white and black) and vegetarian it is affecting me to gain any amount of weight. I been 140 for like 3 years.
And wondering if some1 can point me in the right direction to gaining weight safety and without resorting to eating meet.
