Q: Discharge Before Or After My Period

I have a discharge either before my period or right after each and each time it is accompanied by itchy spots. I don't see any bumps. After a week it all goes away. Please help.

Periodically I get something like that. I read that a lot of times women get vaginitis (not sure of spelling, but I think that is what it is called), especially around the time of their period. Then it clears up shortly after. I believe it has something to do with hormonal changes....
