Q: Lower Back Pain-right Side

I have an extremely bad pain in my right side lower back. It makes me feel light headed and short of breathe. What can I do to make it go away?

Hi shannon-
have you seen a doctor? I had similar pain there at one time. I was using an ice pack and the doctor prescribed a tens unit. It's a electronic device which helped a lot. Good luck!
