Today I woke up and my left hand was numb on the top from the bottom of my index finger, down to the beginning of my wrist and all around my thumb.
I've started a new medicine (depakote) and i'm not sure if this affects it or not.

Extremely eHealthy
It could, you should ask your doc. It could also be the way you slept. Like if you slept on it, or slept crooked. You should ask though.
