Q: Bad Pain

I have been in pain for 3 weeks , I have been to 4 different doctors the first 3 said it was muscular and the 4th said its pleuirsy the pain is herendorous down my right shoulder and threw to my chest and in my right arm I have tablets but nothing I working if any body knows what can help please let me know very painfull cannot sleep on it
