Ok, i'm an at home exercise freak, and I love to make up my own workouts. What really works for me are pelvic thrusts. I don't know if you know what they are, but here i'll explain anyway. Lie on your back with your knees bent, and your hands on the floor beside you, palms facing down. Then using your arms and legs, lift you but of the ground, and squeeze your butt muscles as you come up. Hold for like a count of three, and then return to your starting position slowly. Do like 3 sets of 20, you'll be feeling that in the morning. Good luck, let me know if it works. :d
