Q: Little Bumps On Scrotum

I have little bumps on my scrotum and I dont know what they are. They are only located on the left side (my left) and there are about 10-15 little bumps that look kind of like pimples. Some are bigger than others.

I don't really remember when I first got them, but I think it was before the 1st time I had sex. I did some research online and I thought I saw something that explained what I had, but i'm not sure if it is correct or not. I don't think it is genital warts, but i'm not sure. I don't have any of the bumps on my penis, they are only on the left side of my scrotum.

Anyone know anything about this?
