Q: Music Therapy: Can It Help?

I recently visited my massage therapist and she recommended that I try using music therapy to help relax. I've been having bouts with anxiety lately, and she suggested that I find a comfortable place in my house, and listen to something relaxing. One of the cds that she recommended was "earthsongs" by secret garden, which is supposed to compliment the therapy session wonderfully. Has anyone had any success with music therapy before, and is secret garden a good cd to use with the therapy?

I use music to set my mood-depending on if I need to relax or get energized. If you are suffering from anxiety, might I suggest you try coral lagic. It is an all natural product.

I use light classical to relax btw
