It was just confirmed yesterday that my 7
year old neice has a mild case of turretts
syndrome. I don't know anything about
this but I do remember a guy from high
shcool who had it and was made fun of b/c
of his ticks. This worries me greatly,
kids are going to be kids but when it hits
home, it's a whole different issue. She
has had symptoms since she was a baby but
my brother and his wife that is was just
growing pains. She goes for an mri
tomorrow b/c she had bad headaches a lot.
Is this part of it? At this point the
doc is not putting her on meds, he thinks
she could outgrow it. Does anyone know
info concerning turretts? Please let me
know. Thanks.

i was speaking to a girl
who has an 8yr old boy who has austism and
has a terrible bad language problem and I
wondered if it could be turretts syndrome
as his language is so bad and adult in his
nature . Does anyone know if this is
associated with autism.
