Q: Visibly Crooked After Lower Lumbar Surgery

I had lower lumbar surgery 12 months ago right after the surgery I noticed I was crooked. I told my doctor my concerns over it and he sent me to physical therapy . I am still crooked and in alot of pain from my shoulder blades to my left leg please if anyone has any info I would really really apreciate it thank you :?: :?: :?:
