Http://www.Fda.Gov/fdac/features/1998/398_ mono.Html ...You should check that website out, I belive it says that, every once and a while you can produce viral paricles in your saliva, even while the person releaseing these paricles feels perfectly fine. These paricles can be transmitted threw kissing or even being near them when they are coughing and sneezing(which is rare) I think it shows some stuff about symptoms too.
