Q: Morning After Pill, Please Help

Em.. I took morning after pill just a week ago n period not due till 31st march, im very regular, have 26 day cycle. Jst that yesterday, week after pill I started bleedin, blood like from period jst not very heavy! Kinda stopped now. Plus little sore when pee sometimes though too. Wonderin if any1 can help really stressed out!?
