Q: Semen/seminal Fliud

I first noticed my 'symptom' about two years ago. It may not be a problem, it may be normal and it happens to all males . . I don't know.

Anyway I am a 50 year old male and I find that when I am struggling to pass a large stool I have a discharge of semen or seminal fluid. Is this due to some kind of internal pressure due to the large stool.

I am to embarassed to talk to my family doctor.
