Q: Delayed Period... How Much Longer?

My period usually come in the beginning of the month, but I still haven't gotten it and this month is almost over. Through the previous topics in this forum, I learned that period can be delayed (or missed) because of excessive exercise, which is likely the cause in my case since I recently joined my school's tennis team and we have to practice almost 3 hours a day, 5 days a week.

If this ever happened to you, please let me know how long it was delayed and how long it took for you to adjust to these changes.

Thank you.

Hi
I have the same problem! Can someone please help out? I have been doing exercise recently. Do I have to stop or will my periods just sort themselves out over time? Thanks xx
