3 months ago I had a partial nephrectomy to remove a 4cm tumor. I am concerned about the pain I am currently experiencing. I have back pain like I did before they found the tumor. I feel burning sensations in my lungs. The original tumor was found from abdominal pain that turned out to be my appendix and some tissue wrapped around it. I have no idea if they tested my appendix for malignancy. I have an appt with the surgeon on wednesday, for another reason, and I am concerned about what he is going to do about these symptoms. I am not scheduled for another ct for another 2 months, but I never expected to have pain like this at this point? Is it possible that I have further involvement from this original diagnosis?
