I'm having this feeling of my throat tightening a little since last night. (i'm not suffocating, it just feels like when you have to lower your voice, it's that feeling, when your throat seem to sink or tighten, but my voice is completely normal, with no hoarseness. It feels like there's something pushing into your throat, but it's not preventing me from breathing.)

i have no huge voice changes (only a small amount of shakiness when I go really low or when I go really high with my voice, or seldom "shakiness in some words), I can breathe fine, I swallow fine.

I have been working on play lately, and had to speak/play in an unusual voice tone during the rehearsals.

The tightness started after I finished practising a short text of mine in that low/deep tone.

Can someone tell me what might going on really?

I'm somewhat worried...

Is is something really serious?
