 :o
i am new to the discussion, but if I might add to the thoughts:

acne is not a disease that needs to be cured. It is a digestive imbalance. Meaning: acne is from hart fats / cholesterol (congesting the skin). Fats that have not been properly broken down/digested due to weak digestion in the stomach then into the intestines re: the liver/pancreas proper digestive functions. :p

 your skin is lubricated by fats, but first these fats must be broken down (soft) to properly lubricate the skin.

Your Answer It Rubbish
There is no definitely known cause for acne, however it is generally consistent with large populations of the bacteria propionibacterium acnes.
Your sebaceous glands wouldn't be able to secrete hard sebum since hard sebum wouldn't be fluid. The fats that lubricate the skin are already broken down, they are already fatty acids. If you're talking about getting rid of this, then your going to make yourself suscpetible to greater numbers of bacteria and types since the ph of your skin would increase from approximately 6.5 to an even more neutral number that would then be tolerable to most bacteria, including pathogens. A normal, healthy individual would not have problems with his/her sebum. You can't attribute the acne of billions of people to the health of their liver/pancreas. As with most of the other billions, I have acne, however my liver and pancreas are working fine, thank you.
