Q: Sleeping..

This past month I havent been sleeping properly. Im extremely exhausted during the day but as soon as I hit bed I just cant seem to fall asleep. Because of this im getting kind of like "cramps" on the lower and upper part of my stomach (just below and above my tummy) im afraid that the lack of sleep is hurting my baby. I have an appointment with the doctor tomorrow. I have talked about the sleep before but all he could do was suggest a few days off of work (sleeping pills can harm the baby) but it didnt help. Has anyone been through this? Im afraid and the stress from this is just keeping me up more. Help Sad

I am sorry but I cant say that I went throught this, all I did was sleep in the begining of my pregnancy. I am hoping that you will be able to sleep just lay around or walk around do boring stuff in your house, and then you will tire yourself. I dont really know what to tell you, take care of yourself!!
