Hi , I am a 43 yr old woman in generally good health. I was told a few years ago I have a renal cyst on my left kidney, and there is nothing I can do about it. I find that hard to believe, is there anything I can do diet wise,nutrionally,holistically to make it go away? I do get an ultrasound done once a year to check its development,it is still there and 2-3cm in size,the nephrologists says we will just keep watching it. My blood pressure also tends to stay borderline, i'm thinking this has something to do with it ?????
