Hi , I am a 43 yr old woman in generally good health. I was told a few years ago I have a renal cyst on my left kidney, and there is nothing I can do about it. I find that hard to believe, is there anything I can do diet wise, nutrionally, holistically to make it go away? I do get an ultrasound done once a year to check its development,it is still there and 2-3cm in size, the nephrologists says we will just keep watching it. My blood pressure also tends to stay borderline, i'm thinking this has something to do with it ????? Confused
