Talk to the pharmacist, they will know what to give you, don't be scared, a lot of females get them, just get the med you need and make sure you read the instructions and have the pharmacist explain it to you.

If this is your first, you shouldn't treat it on your own. You should always see a doctor if it's your first possible yeast infection to rule out any other type of infection.

Once you've had one, you're familiar with the symptoms and can treat it yourself.
