My wife had unprotected sex with another individual. We are back together. Should I be concerned about std if she never allowed the other individual to ejaculate in her?

Yes
U should be worried, dont do caca with her for 3 months, let her get a bloodtest, and then if everything is okay, continue doing it.

Or use a condom until then

better to be safe than sorry

Even if he didn't ejaculate in her, his pre-ejaculate could have carried a std if he had one. Also scabbies and herpes can be transported by genitalskin.

You can get plenty of std's without ejaculation occuring. Yes, you should have made her get tested before you every had sex with her again.
And maybe you should leave her. Once a cheater, always a cheater.
