Q: Psoriasis Or Eczema In Infant

My 4 month old son has had this rash on the side of his face (not really right on the cheek, more parallel to his ear) for about a week now. His father has a history of psoriasis and I was wondering if it were still possible for my son to develop it so early? We have tried the aquaphor and it dosen't seem to be helping.
