i had green poop one time and it was because I had ate green m&m's.
But with you throwing up and being sick it could be some kind of poising or have you been eating alot of green veggies like salads or something like that?? I don't know go to the doctors!!!

I've heard that green things will do it.. Although one time I had it and I hadn't eaten anything green in more than 24 hours prior. I never did figure it out and it went away. If you are vomitting and having stomach pains.. You may have some sort of virus or bacteria in your stomach which may be causing the discoloration. If the problems don't clear up in the next day or two, I would go to the doctor.

I dont recall eating anything green. I havent had no more green droppings since that night.
I did drink alot of beer that night and ate mostly junk food all day.
My stomach still hurts a lil bit but I hear that my stoomache hurts because I bruised my stomache muscles from vomiting.
I have had loss of appetite tho.
