There is a chance while on alesse your period will come early, sometimes even a week in advance. Nothing to be alarmed about. Finish your tablets as usual to continue the hormones in your body.

I'm also on alesse and my period almost never comes at the same time each month... One month it's 3 days into the placebos, then the next month it comes when I still have one week left of the pink pills. What a pain!
