Is there anything otc I can get to help with alcohol withdrawals? I've had an 18 pack/day for the past week, stopped drinking 35h ago and went through a horror in hell, at least I can walk now, still haven't slept. I was thinking about walking to walgreen’s a block away, I doubt I could drive. And i'm not sure what would be ok.
