Q: Overworked Muscle From Erection?

I had my first hand job by my girlfriend, and I had several erections before she did this. Up down up down from kissing and what not. I sometimes get pains from the muscle below the testicles. The muscle controls erections and orgasms. It feels like the muscle is stress'd out or tired from working toohard. It usually lasts for a day or so and im fine. Anyone got any answers?

I'm pretty sure you're talking about the muscle behind the testicles... Or well, actually it's not even behind the testicles. This is called your pubococcygeus muscle. (or pc muscle for short).

If it is out of shape then by all means it will get fatigued just like any other muscle in your body, and it will ache for up to 48 hours afterwards---like any other muscle in your body.

If this is bothersome for you, then you will have to begin doing pc exercises. These exercises will also help you control your ejaculations.

Also it took me about an hour to ejaculate while getting a hand job. And I felt like I had blue balls the whole time...It felt like there was toomuch blood going to my testicles. And it was really holding back my ejaculation...It felt like I was having several orgasms. And when I get worked up way toomuch for a long period of time my sperm is quite runny, but I think that is normal. Or atleast not bad. Got any answers for me ?
