Hi, I take minocycline for my acne and im not using any gels or any other topical creams at this point. Everytime I step out of the shower my skin become very dry.

I use dial daily care soap and now I use clean and clear oil-free mostiuerizer right after I step out of the shower. It helps some but after about 30 min my face begins to dry up more (not as much as when I stepped out of the shower, but still a little dry).

So then apply more mosteurizer and the dryness goes away but now my face is red around my cheeks and eyes.

Ive heard drinking lots of water helps and so does taking vitamin a. Can anyone help?
