Hi there - 1st time posting here. I have been experiencing dull achey pain in both of my elbows for quite some time. I work on a computer typing, etc every day. I did have slight bursitis in my shoulder a few yrs ago that has since gone away using a diff. Mouse (track) and exercise. Not sure what is going on w/my elbows. It is worse in the colder weather. I exercise alot (go to the gym) and swim as well. I have just recently been paying very careful attention to my posture & computer tray/seat set-up trying to keep everything at a 90degree angle. Hopefully this will help. I've also begun doing a few exercises at home and some icing from time to time. My wrists generally do not hurt me. Not sure if it's carpel tunnel/tennis elbow (i don't play tennis!) or arthritis related?! I'd appreciate any thoughts! Thanks!
