Q: Hypertension Medication

i have has hypertension for some 4 years and have tried 3 medications. I cannot tolerate any of them. Does anyone have any advice. I am 54 years old, do not smoke, I exercise regularly, I am on a low salt diet etc.
I know I have to get it under control, but the medications I have tried effect my everyday life. I have tried linisopril, benzofluazide, and olmetec.

Hi,

i had a high blood pressure but was able to lower it without the need for medication. I tried hydrotherapy with the advice of my cousin and it worked for me. You could give it a try...

Hi,

hydrotherapy is the use of water to treat illnesses... The one I used is similar to a jaccuzi but without the strong water jets... I could pass you some information on it if you are interested...
