Christina I am doing some research on this as well. I have found that TB can be a cause, so you may want to have her checked for TB. My niece has the same problem and it has the doctors stunned since she is other wise healthy. She failed to tell them that she tested positive for Tb several years ago. It may help, in alot of unnecessary tests and medical costs. Good luck.
