Hi, nataliedee. Your thoughts and fears are not stupid, no matter how inconsequential they may seem. You have to acknowledge them before you can make any progress with them. Once you know what you're afraid of, you can face it.
There are all sorts of resources available to you. You've found a great one already in this forum! School counselors can help you too -- the won't think you're "stupid" or "abnormal" for having feelings of anxiety, and they can offer some great suggestions. Just having someone to talk to can be incredibly helpful.
I've done some wonderful work with a therapist on something called "cognitive-behavioral therapy" or cbt. It helps to recast the fears in a more realistic, less emotional way so they aren't so overwhelming.
Know you are in my thoughts and prayers!
Peace and blessings!
Paul
