I just had my daughter on monday, and my breast are so engorged I cant sleep. I am not breastfeeding, and I was wondering how I can help get some sleep, and reduce the swolleness??

I'd call and ask your dr if they have the pills htat hlep dry up milk. Cabbage can help relieve hte pain...So can running warm water on them in the shower...But i'm not sure what to use to dry it up!! Ask the Dr. :)

I would get a breast pump, and pump. Thats what I did right from the start, and gave kylie the milk and my boobs never hurt or anything.
