Headache With Glasses Posted: 02-23-05 02:11am


I'm getting headaches/tension whenever I wear my glasses. I know that it's not my prescription but the weight that the center of the glasses has on my nose. The pressure on my nose is so intense that it makes my whole body tense. The moment I lift the glasses from my nose, the tension goes away. Can anybody give me any advice?

I don't mean to sound like this is really simple or anything, but contacts!! I had the same problem. Or better fitting glasses- if you get glasses fitted so that more of the support comes from the ears, that might help as well.
