It could be reflex sympathetic dystrophy (rsd in your hand), but you have to see your neurologist or hand specialist to confirm the diagnosis.
Most of rsd cases have traumatic injury history, but not all of them.
Symptoms include: pain, swelling, stiffness, disuse, color and temperature changes in affected extremety (hand or leg). It is very sensitive to any touch even the wind blow. Sometimes this diagnosis is controversial.
Narcotic drugs or ganglion block may be benefit sometimes.
