Please Make Me Feel At Ease..help

Well I know this may sound stupid to all you out there, but I am on b/c, and yea I am usually staying on the correct schedules for taking it, but I might miss once or twice a month, my b/f uses condoms, but today was his b-day and we had sex well 3 times, (big b-day present), the first time we did some other stuff b4 hand and he didnt finish, so he didnt last long at all the first time since we did it right after me not finishing him off with oral, then the 2nd time, he came and didnt want to keep going because hes worried about the condom breaking, and I wasnt stattisfied, so he went in the bathroom and got another condom to go again, afterwards he said he was worried about sperm getting on his hand when he took the first one off, then getting on the outside of the new one, then having sex again right away, I know this sounds stupid, but is it common to get pregnant from those simple things, you only think about this stuff after sex is over, and your thinkin to yourself ( did any get in me?) I dont know maybe I have nothing to worry about maybe I do help me out here , people that are more experienced then me, its only our 5th time
