I am getting no sleep at all. And the little sleep that I do get is disturbed or interrupted by constant thoughts that I am sick. I have had at least 4 blood test done and a check up and there is nothing bu ti am feeeling fatigue, body aches, tingling in my hands and feet and chills sometimes. Can someone please help me? Am I alone? Does anyone have these eaxct problems or anything close? It's gotten so bad that I go from Dr. To Dr. From clinic to clinic getting blood work done thinking that maybe one Dr. Will find something that the other Dr. Didn't? Does anyone out there understand?

I think you may want to see a psychiatrist for hypochondria. Are you always afaid of being sick? If you are, that may be what's keeping you up and then interupting the sleep you do get. Does your family or anyone around you have a history of illness that may have given you this fear? I'd recommend talking to a psychiatirst and maybe getting on some meds that will help you with your thoughts of being sick will help you sleep better.
