When I go to the bathroom (#2), it hurts a lot, and a little bit of blood comes out too. Afterwards, my rear-end hurts really bad. This has been happening for a day now. Whats wrong with me? Is there anything I can/should do about it?

Do you mean that you have constipation? It looks like that, when you have constibation you get blood in your stool. You can go to herbal store and buy flax seeds the powder. Take 3 to 6 tablespoon in your whole day mix with your soup, juice, oat meal, or spread it on your bread and salad. It has a great value on the stomach it cleans the stomack and smooth the stool. I suffer from the same problem, but since I started this prescribtion i'm feeling great.
Good luck

For short: If you are only having blood when the stool is hard, you may be tearing your anus just a little when you go to the bathroom (called an anal fissure). Try a stool softener (not a laxative) and drink plenty of liquids. Moisturizing the lower rectum or using lubricant suppositories can also be helpful.

If it doesn't get better, you should go see your doctor.

For Italian: if you were pregnant frequent urination doesn't usually come until later in pregnancy when the fetus pushes on the bladder. It sounds more likely that you have a urinary tract infection. Go see your doctor very soon.

You might want to do a blood test to see if you have Type 2 Diabetes. One of the symptoms of having Type 2 Diabetes is urinating constantly. Please go see your doctor immediately.
