I am about 20 weeks along is it normal to cramp like if I am stretching or something. Is it okay to cramp some? Does anyone else experience this?

Yeah, I had the same thing and sometimes I still do. (i'm 25 weeks.) and stretching is pretty much what's happening there. You also have "round ligament pain" that comes from the muscles down there stretching and changing for your baby.
