I have just recently started taking the medication keppra for seizures. I was wondering if anyone else who is taking it, what their side effects have been.

Thanks,
havefaith

Hello
Well it depends,
how much doseage you have been started on. As for me I was put on 1000mg daily and it made me very high, like stoned, teary eyed and depressed for the first few weeks,

then when night would come I would be so I wanna sleep let me be lol.

Keppra Effects
Havefaith,

the use of the keppra has my life feeling good again, but I do have memory loss and find recalling thing to do very hard.
I dont have any less lifestyle but my life has had to change to equal the feeling of depressen and loss of any future goals, but I put these in my past and try to my life and the family happy.

I had my time over 28 years of medical treatment so I know how it feels to be fighting a battle and not getting anywhere, this include medical and surgery was my last result but time has healed and I am enjoying life again.
I spent time going back to technical college and getting my certificates, and getting involved in a martial art to my black and in the finish being a teacher of the classes, so didnt give up we all find to finishing goal.

Look to the future
