the Ups And Downs of My Pregnancy

Hi mommies-to-be

i haven't posted any messages for the last week...I had a serious cold and a lot of fever and then started to bleed....On top of it all....My specialist transfered me back to my gynecologist and it was between the last appointment with him and the next appointment with her...And my hubby was away on business!!! I've really felt miserable and lonely and much too worried to chat or read the health forum emails...

Ladies, I come to this website to support you lot and to ask advice and if possible get your support too. We're all becoming parents soon and this is for me a real scary thought. Will I know what to do, will my baby be fine ...How will we cope between work, a baby and still having a husband and wife relationship???

I have an ultrasound this afternoon once again...It'll be my 4th since my pregnancy is higher risk....I'll let you know how it goes.

I'd love to hear from other mommies-to-be about how they're feeling and coping...

Oh wow, you have a ways to go. I thought from your post you were due anyday now and really starting to feel the pressure, and then I saw your ticker. Honey, enjoy your pregnancy! I know it's scary, especially when you are higher risk, but it is still a pregnancy. Focus on the good things and the fun things that come with it. You're still in your first tri, hopefully you'll feel better emotionally and physically in your second. I have been married 6.5 yrs and we have two girls ages 1 and 2.5. It is hard, and it is so wonderful. I see my husband and I in every part of those babies (actually one looks exactly like him, lol). As long as you both remember to put each other before your children your relationship will grow even stronger. And find other moms that you can spend time with, talk to, swap babysitting, whatever needs you have during and while your husband is away. Take care. Congratulations!!! This is a happy time, be happy and excited!!! Give the baby good vibes!!
