Ok, this isnt anything bad, but whenever I flex my arm muscles as much as I can, they start shaking. Im not flexing really hard to anything, just normal flexing, and ive been wondering if theres a reason why it does this (not enough vitamins, need to start eating certain things, or take a drug, ect.)

and I also didnt know where to put this thread, so I put it here

Just tried that myself, and it's the same.

Unless you're shaking all over the place, I don't think it's a big deal.

Go to the weight room or gym and you'll see it happening all around you.

(i'm not a doctor though so take it with a grain of salt...)

edit - i'm a incredibly' skinny man, so it might be different for those who have serious muscle mass. (i be 150 lbs right now)
