I have a ?. I was on the patch for like 2
years and I got off of it back in dec. I
had unprotected sex back in jan, but I got
my period right after, but I had stomach
pain after I had unprotected sex. How
long after getting off the patch does the
effect go away? Should I be worried?

I am not sure how long the patch lasts,
but it sounds like you are not pregnant.

I know what you mean I tried the patch and
it got me nausea and heartburn and my
chest was big and swollen I stopped it
after the second month.

Once you remove that patch you're not
covered anymore. You should be careful
& start using a different form of bc,
not just having unprotected sex.
