Winning Lawsuit But Divorcing, Help!

I waiting for a lawsuit to goto court but think my husband is waiting to I win, to then try and take his share.

If I divorce him before I win the settlement,can he still try and get his share?

If so, is there anyway I can protect myself and stop him, i'm the one who got hurt, not him. Thanks
