I Can't Be Alone...

Does anyone else love to spend time with
the baby stuff you have?? I love going
through the blankets, clothing and teddy
bears I have for the baby. I don't have
much yet... But I just love seeing the
stuff. I can't wait to have enough of it
to make a wash with the baby laundry
detergent. Maybe the stuff will smell
like a baby after :)

yes my big jamaican roomate, it's one of
mikey's friends from highschool and he was
kind of living on the streets 2 years ago
(even though he was working) so he's now
been living with us for 2 years in june.
Once he leaves we mike and I are taking
over his room and trey will have our room
cause it's warmer in the winter. :) I
gotta repaint both rooms though, cause my
roomates is blue--yuck!

I'm due june 25. My aunt is planning
thisone with my fam, and friends. And
then my mil will probably have a lil one
for me with her fam. (miky and I talked
about whether to invite his mom to my
april shower and we both decide .N.O.
She's a lil bit of a loud mouth and white
trash-ish. While my fam is a little more
ummmmm... Respectable. Ugh that sounds
so snobby but I just know I don't want my
mil there, she's too loud and outspoken
about .E.V.E.R.Y.T.H.I.N.G. And my aunts
are all in alcoholics anonymous while
mikey's mom smokes mad weed and drinks and
stuff so....... Nope no mil at that
one..Lol I made a list of things that I
need which won't be too much.
What I have:
crib and mattress and plastic mattress
covers
crib set (my mom is making it)
4 extra sheet sets
basinett and set for it
changing table (mike's dad is making it
for us)
swing
high chair with removable seat good for
newborns to 2 yrs.
Receiving blankets (like 40)
barf blankies (my sis has cloth diapers to
give me-lol)
some sleepers, onesies and clothes
stroller, car seat
baby bath
so I don't need too too much more, just
extras.

i would but i'm sure mikey's mom will want
to do something for me so... Ladidah.
I wouldn't care if it was just one. The
only thing that sucks is that my mom won't
be there since she lives in edmonton and
can come down for the birth but not the
shower.

she wanted a change and moved out there 3
years ago. But it was great for her.
She met a man and fell in love and got
married last year. She'd been divorced
from my father for 15 years. My
stepfather is great (that's why trey is
getting his middle name)

i'm pretty much the only one she
misses..Lol or so she says. As I said
before all my aunts are in alcoholics anon
and they try to force anyone who isn't
into it. Even if we have 1 beer or glass
of wine a month or something..Lol my mom
got pretty fed up.
