I have anxiety.... For about............ 4 years now..... Recently my face has been going numb, hard time breathing, feels like my throat is getting tighter,,, sends shocks of pain through my heart alittle bit... And my left arm hurts alittle, sometimes, what is this?

I'm not doc, but i'm pretty sure those are just more symptoms of anxiety. I get them too.
