Q: Eyeglasses Support After Nose Surgery

I'm going to have nose surgery soon and wear glasses. I can't wear contacts and really can't see without my glasses. How long after you've had nose surgery can you wear glasses? My physician suggested I find some way to support my glasses so they don't rest on the bridge of my nose but i've looked for things on the internet and haven't been able to find anything. Does anyone have any suggestions of what I can use to support my glasses after my nose surgery.
