My gf is having super bad cramps... To
the point where shes crying, what can she
do to ease the pain

Try using a hot water bottle, and maybe
taking some mild pain killers.
Not sure what else she could use.

Yep, some pain meds. A heating pad, or a
bath.

I'm probably kinda late with this but if
she's pregnant don't let her take any pain
meds except tylenol!!!!
